Warranty

KAISER US stands behind every item sold. If you are the original purchaser and a KAISER US product fails due to manufacturing, assembly, or material defect, and you have not altered or abused the item, it will be repaired or replaced, free of charge-for life.

All warranty returns require a Return Material Authorization Number. This number can be acquired by contacting a Product Specialist at KAISER US via e-mail, Sales@kaiserus.com and a representative will respond within 72 hours. To return an item, package it securely with the RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages shipped to KAISER US will not be accepted without an RMA number marked on the outside of the box. Merchandise will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible and shipped back to the customer.

All warranties for non KAISER US manufactured products are through the original manufacturer. KAISER US does not warrant any non KAISER US manufactured products beyond the manufacturers warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
